Iworld sells aftermarket products as original Apple.

The store IWorld at Ballito Junction not only pretends to sell original Apple products, their service also is totally substandard from the word go. I had a very bad experience when purchasing a apple battery for my Iphone 6s. They failed to contact me as they promised when my phone was ready after battery replacement. I checked the battery charge and it was merely 12% but what worries me was the fact that the battery capacity in the settings battery, battery health showed only —— where it is supposed to show a 100% or 95% capacity. His response was that I should charged it first. Unfortunately the battery was a dutt because it charged only upmto 17% with more than 6 hours on charge and I took it back for replacement. The tech was not there and they said he would be in at 12:00, whereafter I requested to call me when he arrived. They did not call by 13:00, so I assumed as before they are not going to call. On arrival he was not there and I was informed that he would be by 14:00. I waited and after a while requested to phone me when he arrives. 15:30 they called and he was there but unable to assist due to him been alone at the counter. After some time I discussed the issue of the faulty battery and requested if they had stock of the s6 battery. He rep**** yes and showed me. I immediately recognised that both these batteries he intended to install was not original but aftermarket batteries due to the rough oatching on the bottom of the battery as well as the fonts on tje battery not the same as for the original ones. Also the connector was not the same as the original. Therefore I requested to reinstall my old battery, which also took more than 1.5 hours due to the texh been alone at the desk and mention that he need to attend to the other customers. So as if I am not a customer too?? After replacement was done the refund took about 15 minutes and I clearly stated my dissatisfaction with this stores service and that they will never get any business from me again. My suggestion is for Apple to close these kind of stores for it creates a bad name for Apple and the products they sell. Stores that connect there name to Apple and it products should not be allowed to sell after market products as an Apple product and if they do so should be penalised or closed or Apple should remove their name from their store.
