iWorld Ballito - Poor Service

I bought a Iphone charger on the 23rd September the 25th September i took it back to Iworld Ballito because it was coming apart. The charger stopped working two days after i had purchased it. The lady who sold the charger refused to replace the charger and told me to contact the manufacturer as they cannot assist me. Their service is pathetic!
