Iworld Ballito - don’t go there/ pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service from Iworld Ballito. Please don’t use these guys, Ballito Junction should actually close them down as they give a bad name to a good mall. More than 3 months to fix my tablet when I was initially told 1 week, no communication, I have to go to the store and they tell me that the tablet is in the other branch, no manager to get hold off. Person I was speaking to is named Junaid. Absolutely pathetic. Sometimes I wonder why companies close down, now I know.
