Disgusted ?

iWorld at Galleria Mall?. I bought the mini earplugs last week which were faulty, when I took them back the CEO refused to refund me my money and told me that the only thing he can do for me is give me store credit to buy anything else I want whenever because they don’t do cash refunds & it’s his right to do so cos it’s his store policy. So what he’s basically saying is that I should still buy his faulty products whether I like it or not. So his store policy is YOU BUY AT YOUR OWN RIS**** I wouldn’t recommend this iWorld, the CEO is ****** and full of s#%t. So I’m stuck with a product I can’t use & lost R1 000. That’s how they treat their customers or maybe it’s just me cos I’m black.
