False advertising

I purchased a wifi with a company name iwifitechkom in Cape town my kids were meant to used it since schools are closed this was done back in April. I am talking about this now I still haven't receive my router which I paid for 1st installment Isend countless emails back and forth I spoke to Gerard I then decided to ask for a refund cause they can't deliver that is also a problem I spoke to a GM Irfaan Mentoor who promised to send money to his agent cause the router was send to Northen Cape in 2 days I lost count how many days is been,now I need to deal with the agent now wifi I really don't know what to do I need my money back not this problem how much must i take before people do what's right
