Waiting for order delivery or refund

I placed an order for goods to the value of R1500.00 on 4 November 2015 with next day delivery. I paid via credit card and tried to follow up when my delivery did not arrive but was given the run around. My tale of woe is almost identical to the other reports here! So fed up. They have my money and took it knowing they were going to close up shop. No reply to my emails and phone calls and now they've shut their Facebook page down as too many of us were asking questions!
