Useless staff, no stock and no feedback

I ordered a sleeping bag in March. They immediately let me know that it was out of stock... then it all went down hill from there. They gave me alternative choices of sleeping bags that were no where near the same class as the one I ordered. They then said that it would be 2-3 weeks for the one I ordered. After 3 weeks I called them again (no use emailing , the @#ckers just simply don't reply). They then informed me that they had the sleeping bag in stock and it would be sent to me asap. After another 2 weeks I called again and asked where the sleeping bag was, they said that they were once again out of stock and could not tell when they will be get stock in again. I then asked for a refund and they said that I can just send them my bank info and they will do the refund. Another week later and ... nothing! Now they don't even answer the phones anymore!<br> <br> KEEP AWAY!!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!
