Useless all round

I Paid for goods on the 7th August. Received 3 emails so far - still no delivery and latest 2 only on my prompting....on the 11th August they sent me an email to say the items were out of stock but would be available at the end of August. When I had heard nothing by the 7th September I contacted them by phone (They would not reply to my email queries until I called). They then sent me an email on the 18 September to offer me a different Item. I accepted, but asked questions...no reply. On the 23rd September they emailed me asking for my PO Box number - even though they already have my physical address...and again did not reply to my emails. When I did ask for someone else to handle my order as I was getting no joy from the salesman assigned to me, I was ignored. Still today, 1 week short of 2 months, I am out of pocket with nothing to show my son of his promised gift!
