I purchased an item on their pathetic online store. Only to be told in an email I received from Tian Van Heerden a day later that the item was out of stock. Why didn't their website say so cause their IT are just as pathetic. May I just add in and so is their accountant. I will never in my life buy from your pathetic online store ever again and I'm sure to let everyone i know just how pathetic you really are.<br> <br> I paid by eWallet on the 27 June and I'm still waiting for a full refund. All they seem to do is make me waste more money trying get my refund. I made a call to Tian Van Heerden and he just stuck me on hold for 10mins not even coming back to me once.<br> <br> Dodge me another week and I shall go to SAPS and open a case of theft against your online store and take the matter further.
