They never delivery

I needed to order a Petsafe product and was a bit off put when i was redirect to [URL Removed] Anyway I proceeded to order the product which I checked was in stock through their website. I even paid R99 for 2 day delivery to my door. Well the order was placed on the 14 April 2015. I have sent numerous email to the following people from iwarehouse [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] with absolutely no reply. They do have an online chat so I tried this a lady Nikky answered the chat I asked her how long it would take for an order to be shipped she said 3 - 5 days so I said 16 days would be a problem then. She suddenly dissappeared from the chat. I have now been forced to charge back my credit card because they did indeed take the money off my credit card. R2673.01. I have contacted Paygate who the transaction was processed through. I feel giving this company 16 days and every opportunity to contact and rectifiy this problem and they have not. I can only say I feel there is ********** things at go here.... So my advise would be stay as far away as possible from this company as you will not get your money out.
