Supplier try best to source goods bought online

I've ordered 2 scopes online.<br> Kris phoned me back and informed me that both models were out of stock. I asked him to confirm from supplier if and when will they be able to provide stock again. He came back to me the same day stating he sourced one of the scopes, do I want to get credit or must they pay back the divergence.<br> I then selected an alternative product for the same price and he made sure that the order was processed and with taking into account all the obstacles and public holidays, still managed to deliver the goods in 3 working days.<br> <br> Thank you Kris, I will order again from I Warehouse due to you walking the extra mile<br>
