Still no stock - three months after payment!

Ordered and paid for a scope from their hunting dept on 15 April. Was told that they no longer have stock of the item (even though it is indicated as 'in stock' on their website.) They said the stock would arrive shortly. Three months and numerous emails later, still no stock. And all this time the item is STILL indicated as 'in stock' on their website - ready for some other sucker to order and pay! Even after I informed them about this, they still refuse to change the stock indicator to reflect the lack of stock, simply stating \Usually in cases like these we encourage our client to place these as back orders.."So basically"
