Slow delivery time

I ordered a component from IWarehouse. As I was urgently in need of the Item I was under the impression that the Item would take 3 days to deliver as all other companies do. (They state on the warehouse that they have stock. <br> It took them 2 days to process the order after payment. The stock has to be shipped from Durban to Cape town (As they mean the stock is available by the supplier. Not by them.). From Cape town it has to be repacked and reshipped to My Location which is in Mpumalanga (After asking them if they could not get their supplier to ship directly from Durban to me.
