Shocking service

I placed an order online (14 October 2015) and confirmed availability and delivery with Wayne van der Westhuyzen before paying for the two items. I received an e-mail a few minutes after paying for the items with the following message \Just want to advise the Leatherman Surge Black Cap Crimper Multi-Tool is out of stock but I have a very close alternative. I immediately accepted the more expensive alternative as the delivery date was very important and also made the additional payment. The order was confirmed and delivery was guaranteed by 23/10/15. After plenty phone calls and mails to Wayne only one item was delivered at about 11:45am on 23/10/15. Wayne explained to me that his part of the process was done and delivery of products are not his problem. Wayne sent the following mails "However the Leatherman item will only deliver next week as the suppliers have only booked collection for the item today. I don't have any waybill number for that item. I did instruct them to make sure delivery takes place before the weekend\"" \""and furthermore the item is only scheduled to deliver next week\"" I expected delivery last week and to date still no delivery or phone call as promised by Wayne.
