Product not working as expected.

I bought a solar mobile phone charger. Recieved on the 5 of June. Tested the product and was not satisfied. The charger was in direct sunlight for two days, +/- 14 hours in total and only picked up a minimal charge.<br> This problem was communicated to Xander form iwarehouse. He said they can not do any refunds until they have picked up the product and checked it.<br> After numerous emails the item has still not been collected. this is now 11 working days later.<br>
