Poor online shopping experience

No internet and no calls whatsoever. Went to telkom cause cant phone useless callcenter and they said our contract ended. Contract was renewed but still no phones wont and still no internet. Everytime they come \fix\"" the line they say its only a temporary fix and they will book a call with telkom to come replace the broken line"
