Order not delivered

I ordered an air rifle and pellets from Iwarehouse (order #***) on 2015/07/22 (2 months ago). Before making the EFT for R4307,00, I confirmed via their online help desk whether they had stock. It was confirmed that they had stock, and I made the payment. I have since only received one packet of pellets, but I am still awaiting delivery of the air rifle.. I reported this to their online help desk, who confirmed that they will contact me when stock is available. This has not happened. I am very disappointed, firstly because of poor communication and secondly because stock was confirmed before I made the payment but the rifle has not been delivered yet. I emailed Lliam Smit, the online sales consultant, on 2015/9/17, requesting a refund, but I am still to receive a response. I sincerely hope that a refund will be made ASAP, as I have already bought a rifle, without any problems, from another online store, since Iwarehouse is incapable of fulfilling their end of the bargain. This was the first time that I placed an order at Iwarehouse, and also the last one and I will not recommend them to anyone. The worst service I have ever experienced form an online store.
