One week means five weeks or more

I ordered the Bushnell night vision from I warehouse on 12 October 2015. The delivery time is advertised as 5-7 working days. The product was not delivered in the time period stipulated and I followed up with Wayne van dear Westhuizen several times but he could not give me a straight answer on what was actually causing the delay but rather trying to make I warehouse's contracts with their suppliers my problem. I moved house in the meantime and sent Wayne my new address via email. I received a call from the gate at my previous residence today from the courier delivering the goods (5 weeks later).<br> <br> I do not have the couriers contact details and Bushnell do not provide a contact number on their website. Wayne and his team are also not answering their phones. Please help. I can't take this ******* service any longer.
