Not receiving order, no replies

I visited iWarehouse for the first time on 22 Jan and was excited about the range of items I could order. I ordered 3 items. After a couple of queries 1 item was delivered but no feedback since then, despite emails sent. <br> It's almost a month later and I have no idea when to expect the other two items, and emails are ignored! <br> <br> Initial feeling about iWarehouse = excited. I was telling everyone about it.<br> Current feeling about iWarehouse = disillusioned and more than mildly irritated and telling everyone about it. <br> <br> Keep the customer informed after you take his money and they will come back. **** them off and you will lose them forever.
