No servise and No delivery

I ordered a sleeping bag from iwarehouse and dealt with Ashley. I called them to confirm details of the sleeping bag and inform them that it is an urgent requirement as I am going on an hiking trip.<br> They informed me that the product would take 5 days to deliver to Port Elizabeth.<br> I then paid for the sleeping on 19 August. We had no response, confirmation etc, so called them the then next day. They again confirmed that it would arrive in 5 days. By 26 August we had received no parcel or any other confirmation. We then called to be told they are waiting for the supplier and promised to call back. No one called back and when we called again to be informed that the parcel will arrive on 28 August. We called on 27 August to get a tracking number and no one at the business could give us this. We have been promised that we will be called back!? <br> I though online shopping is designed to make life easier.. I am absolutely disgusted and will never buy from iwarehouse again.
