No Email Feedback

I ordered a paintball marker on the tippmann site which is part of iwarehouse. I payed and only received a payment notification from pay gate As soon as I paid.<br> <br> I have sent 3 emails to date and no one has rep****. All I want to know is when I will be receiving my item. Online it says my order is complete but there is nothing to go by.<br> <br> If I had known that their service was this bad, I would have paid extra to the item else where.
