iWarehouse, worst online service ever!!!

I bought a lee pro 1000 in the beginning of September on-line. On the web site it showed the item was in-stock. It now the middle of October and i haven't received a tracking number or had any updates on my purchase. If i call nobody know whats going on or can help me. This is unacceptable
