Iwarehouse no delivery and very unhelpful

I ordered and paid for a target from iwarehouse last year and was advised it was out of stock so I confirmed it could stay on backorder. I received an email some days later to confirm the target had been sent together with another item I ordered. When only the other item arrived I emailed iwarehouse who just ignored my mails. Upon calling them and getting the run around it was confirmed the target had not been sent and was still on backorder... well I still have not received the target and my emails are once again not being acknowledged or responded to so almost 6 months later no target no refund and no reply or assistance from iwarehouse...
