it's been 4 weeks since I ordered

On the 3rd of June I tried ordering a set of Victorinox knives as a gift for my girlfriends birthday, unfortunately when I tried paying with my credit card it was declined, I thought nothing of it and went on with my life figuring that the ordered was cancelled on their side as well.<br> <br> On the 4th I got a email from Wayne vd Westhuyzen saying they did have stock of the knives and that I could just eft the money and they would process my order. so I paid R2,749.00 into iwarehouse's account and sent a proof of payment as well, they told me thanks and they would let me know when my order has shipped and give me a tracking code.<br> <br> on the 19th of June I emailed their sales support and got no reply, I then emailed Wayne asking for a update, he rep**** that my order was scheduled to be posted on the Monday the 22nd<br> <br> As it is currently Friday the 26th of June and it being 4 weeks since I ordered and haven't received my order yet, I asked for a full refund from them. I still waiting for a reply.<br> <br> I can honestly say iWarehouse is the worst service I have ever received anywhere, they make telkom look like the kings of service.
