On Thursday 3rd September 2015 I purchased a Leatherman Charge. After showing me the display unit, the sales person gave me a new boxed unit. I asked him to check if everything was in the box, to which he rep****, he did not have to, as it was complete. On opening the box at home, I noticed that there were pieces missing, compared to the display one. I phoned the call centre just before 5pm and spoke to Christo first. He said he would get back to me. No one responded so I tried calling again, but was cut off and then there was no answer. My wife went into town this morning to sort out and when I spoke to her to enquiries to what they replaced, I hear that the attachment clip was not given. So I called back at around 1pm. 1st time they put me through to shop, but after no answer for 2minutes I hung up and called back. I was asked to hold on, and while doing so, the call terminated. I have wasted airtime, been insulted with poor service and now have to waste time and fuel to go back to get what was missing!!
