Great!!

On Saturday the 21st of Feb I visited their store in Somerset branch just to browse on my off day. They were extremely busy yet very sufficient. I was helped in a quick, effective way and what I assume was the manager apologized for the wait and explained that they were a bit short staffed. I do not normally write reviews, but I was stunned with the level of service I received (even though I did not buy anything) on a very busy day. I was asked regularly if I needed help but was not followed around, and even though the shop was crowded it seemed like the staff was on top of it all the way. When I asked for help they knew their product very well (rifle scopes) , and helped me quickly and effectively, then moved on to another client. These guys know how to work under pleasure and definitely know their products. It is clear that customer service is a priority for them. I would like to publicly congratulate them and say well done, they will be seeing more of me.
