Good service on refund

I ordered an item from iWarehouse but they found they did not have stock and it would take a while to obtain some. I had paid by EFT so I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be done to my account. This was done within two days of my cancellation request. I would like to say thanks to Tian for his service and helpfulness, even though they could not fulfill my order.
