Good service

I ordered an item from Iwarehouse & the order indicated it would be delivered in 3 - 5 working days. By the 5th day I had not heard anything so checked Iwarehouse on Hello Peter & was concerned about negative feedback regarding deliveries. I contacted Tian regarding my concerns & he rep**** back with understanding. Shortly afterwards my item was delivered. You cannot always rely on other prople's experiences, sometimes you have to give people a chance.
