E-commerce for Dinosaurs

I ordered goods 9 days ago. Emergency lighting for power failures.<br> To date nothing has been delivered.<br> There has been Zero email communication about my order.<br> there is no way to track my order online - zero self help available.<br> only way is... to telephone their call centre. Then it really gets interesting.<br> When you get through , they tell you that only a specific sales person can assist with that order because their computers are not interlinked. And that specific person that can assist you is not in at the moment , so he will have to call me back.<br> Honestly the most pathetic service, and e-commerce process I have ever, ever dealt with... and the last time i deal with this so called online store.<br> Dinosaurs went extinct... go figure?<br>
