Doggy Door

I had ordered a Doggy Door online from I-warehouse 3 weeks ago. I checked first that they did have the item in stock before I paid them. It is now 3 weeks later and still no Doggy Door - after the first week of no delivery I had started following up, almost every 2nd - 3rd day - Tian van Heerden had informed me of an internal miscommunication and then the story goes on and on....
