DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a Zippo Lighter from the website a couple of weeks ago, there was no indication on the website that iWarehouse has to check stock with their supplier first. Once i paid i received a confirmation that the item in question will be delivered within 2-3 days. on the third day after the transaction i received an e mail from them(instead of the lighter) telling me that they have no stock and that they will have to wait for the supplier to procure the stock and this could take 7-10 days (with no guarantees that i will receive the item within 7-10 days) when i queried this with the company a Kris Du Preez send me a snotty e mail trying to explain to me that they are an online retailer that do not carry any stock. i then explained to him that this is not the impression created by the website and that they are misleading the public. Long story short i told them i wanted a refund and it is now 3 weeks later and i have only received my refund now. they are NOT online retailers they are facilitators for their supplier. every other reputable online retailer shows the stock on hand when you place an order. if you had a good experience with them it was pure luck that the supplier had sto
