Been waiting for items since May 2015!!

At first iwarehouse seemed to be the perfect online retailer, awesome range of products and once ordered, i received my items within a few weeks and was happy with the overall quality of every item UNTIL : I ordered an air file from their gamo range and found that the paint was peeling off, i returned the rifle at my expense and was promised that the rifle could be exchanged for another, I informed several iwarhouse employees of this new rifle and also went to order a few more items, pellets, targets, knifes in May and June.<br> <br> TO DATE I am still waiting for items to be delivered to me after countless emails and phone calls and being in touch with several managers , sales managers and the works, broken promises is all i have received and just plain lies in some cases where i had been told items have been kept aside for me then given to other customers, or items have said to have been sent or delivered but then nothing arrives. Every time an order is placed with iwarhouse, the person I'm dealing with mysteriously seems to leave the company and the order is forgotten.<br> I cannot believe a company treats its customers in such a way<br> This needs to resolved very quickly iwarehouse!
