Appalling Online Service

I ordered the Angelcare nappy bin comfort edition and bin refills on the 3rd of July and was told to wait on making payment till i got confirmation that the goods were in stock , I then got the go ahead from Mark Marouchous to make payment on the 7th of July 2015. Which i did, then was told that the goods would take between 3- 5 working days. After which i received no tracking number from iwarehouse and kept running around like a headless chicken to no avail as noone seemed to know about my order.Mark Marouchous then left the company and Shane Lee and Oliver Roberts took over , and was told endless tails as to when the goods would be delivered til we resorted to having the funds refunded. Seeing a month had lapsed without any solid feedback as to when i would receive the goods which i had been advised were there.<br> Shane Lee then said my money would be refunded on the 30th of July which was ony done today by Tracy Redelinghuys of which it was the wrong amount of R528 instead of the R800 i paid which was then rectified after having to send numerous emails to them and sending my proof of payment. I would not advise anyone to shop online with iwarehouse they *********** to say the least
