2 Weeks no product no updates!!

Bought an Oztrail Gazebo for R2699 from iWarehouse. Send a mail to them asking about the status of my order as it has been 1 day short of 2 weeks after I paid for it but no one replies.<br> On their website they pledge to call you if out of stock and that they will refund you.<br> <br>
