Worst Service from Mccarthy/Bidvest and IUA Business Solutions

I bought a car at Mccarthy Land Rover and Jaguar in Midrand. i had the car now for 2 months and its giving me problems. 1stly the 1st month i had it i found out the lock nut of the vehicle was cracked, i contacted the dealer and they couldnt help, BMW charged me for that. i had a "drive train" error on the 10th of August, i sent it in, it was still in warranty and was fixed. that same weekend the same error came up again, i sent it in for repairs and they advised it was now out of warranty. i called the dealer and they advised that i should call IUA Business Solutions, i called them and made them aware, they contacted the dealer and the dealer gave them the amount they will charge, i struggled to get home that day because the dealer was still finalizing with the insurance. Yesterday they approved to pay but 1400, which is not the full amount that the dealer asked for. i asked them to cancel the policy because it was pointless, and that they keep their 1400. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING an insurance that pays a quarter of what the dealership was asking for. when you send a car for service, they check all the faults in the car, and IUA Business Solution just decides to pay what they feel like paying. So now i have breached their contract because they approved a 1400 which i didnt even use. THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! WORST SERVICE EVER!
