Worst Motor Maintenance Plan EVER

In 2012 i bought two chev utility bakkies from a friend. As they were scaling down and didnt need the vehicles any longer it was practically still brand new with less than 1000km on the clock. I bought the vehicles when i heard about the additional 100000km motor plan included in the price. After the first attempt of taking the first bakkie to Barloworld for its first service I was informed that I should first transfer the motor plan to my name. Fair enough and understandable. I went through all the procedures and even received confirmation form these guys(then or still Bidvest - proudly so apparently) that the vehicles are now fully covered under my name. Not once after this I had satisfactory dealings when taking either one of these vehicles in for services. There are always a different excuse. eventually, usually after a day without the vehicle they come by and approve. Now I am stranded for another day without a bakkie. Barloworld themselves complain that they are the worst of the worst when dealing with approvals and ask me to sort it out with them. After the 5th try I am trying hellopeter to see if we can get something done about this. I am GATVOL.
