Worst company ever

My Father had his leg amputated last year. He has since been unable to work which has placed a lot of stress on my family. We have logged a claim for the Protection plan which is supposed to cover Permanent disability. They keep coming up with excuses not to pay the claim after we have sent the documents and explanations numerous times . This is the worst Insurance company as they exploit their client. People do not choose this company as you will only have problems in the most difficult time when all you actually need is help and compassion. Their clients mean nothing to them and you will only get a headache from them not what you pay for every month . ZERO rating for them
