Worst business solutions company

Worst service I have ever received. I made a claim for my late dad, but my wife was the one who was sending all documents and the self-service app is on her phone since we only using the same phone. So today she calls their offices to make a follow up on the claim she was told I need to give her permission to call on my behalf whereas she is the one who 1st spoke to them from the beginning of the claim.

I'm disgusted by their service, but then it makes sense after I have read other reviews. Sues...
