Will do anything not to pay !!!

I have and still am having the WORST experience with IUA Solutions. I had a ccma case in January and was told to contact IUA solutions for the insurance claim on my loan. I've had hardly ANY response or communication from them whatsoever. they went as far as requestion all documentation from the hearing, ccma case "which I eventually sent to them via courier, as sending it to them via email, they "never" seem to receive it even though they electronic system confirms they received it. I requested ALL my documented back as they are the only copies I have, even offered to pay the courier back to me (this has been ignored as has the rest of this enquiry) they are so adamant on NOT assisting with paying my loan for a year that they just now ignore me. I have sent 178 emails requesting assistance and HELP..... been over a month and they are still ignoring me. truly one of the INCOMPETANT companies I've dealt with in a long time. I am absolutely DISGUSTED IN THESE PEOPLE !!!!
