WEAK!

Hi!!!!!<br> <br> I have set in a claim on Monday the 6th of july 2015 I was told by you guys first the email was not received and some stuff was outstanding!. Where you should have payed for my service I had to. now that i want to claim its stories stories... Tuesday I was told okay everything is in order and my payment will be made on Wednesday and it will show in my account on latest Thursday 09/07/2015!<br> <br> No payment was made I phoned in this morning and they told me that sorry sir the payment has been made and we will send you the proof of payment I received nothing and now again this afternoon on the 10/07/2015 they tell me a other sorry sorry sir payment has not been made!!!!!! worst service ever!!!! Then the call agent has the guts to say to me that claims takes 3 to 5 working days I submitted my claim on Monday and Friday I phoned to find out sorry not yet!!! now tel me how many days are it from a Monday to a Friday! then they are even weak with maths! i will be on hello peter everyday until i receive payment!
