Warranty claim process the worst

I was sold a bakkie that was bought on dealersonline, that has a 6 months warranty. I bought the bakkie with the comfort that it has a warranty so should it have any issues those will be fixed. When I got the bakkie the aircon wasn't working, Aircon is covered on the warranty so I was okay with that. I then took the bakkie for service and was told and sent pirctures that the turbocharger was leaking. I requested a quote and I immediately sent it to IUA and dealersonline for them to assist with this. Dealersonline said they are not invloved at all this should be handled with IUA Business Solutions. I contacted IUA at first they said they can't find the warranty poolicy, then I contacted dealersonline and a guy by the name of Peace said IUA have found the policy but them they are not involved, I should handle the claim directly with IUA. IUA never got back to me, I got a call from CARtime saying I should bring in the bakkie in before IUA starts with the claim or something like that.I told them I can't as IUA policy says I must not do repairs unless I have approval from them, I then emailed IUA immediately asking if the claim has been approved and I can take the bakkie in for repairs, I did not get any response. I followed up again and they reposnded saying they requested a service history and a report of the failed component for the claim to be processed, but I was never told about this. I honestly don't know what to do now, If I should take the bakkie in or not, as even calling them the calls just ring. Please I need this sorted asap, and told exactly what do I need to do.
