Vehicle Warranty *******

For vehicle warranty, people should stay away from IUA from all corners.

I got a 2 year warranty policy from them earlier this year. On the policy documentation they clearly stated that a vehicle needs to be serviced at an authorized dealer. I question this before taking the cover as to which dealers are you referring to and was informed that there is no list however any RMI approved should do.

Now I am informed that they don't work with any RMI nor MIWA approved dealers but only the original vehicle manufacturer dealers.

Its also very difficult to believe whatever that they now say as at one stage their consultants would say something and later contradict the same statement which was made by them.

Their documentation is not clear and they themselves cannot clarify it.
