Useless response
I have a scratch and dent policy with a Bidvest and they have outsourced the operations of claiming to iua business solutions. After submitting a claim I have been given nothing but the run around. My claim went in on 7/11/17 and each time they request additional submission I have to contact them to find out the status. Really!!!
