USELESS AND ***********!!!
Thee worst company EVER... I've been trying to have my claim paid out, each time I call, I'm told that my payout was processed the day before so it takes 48hrs to clear.
I've been calling them for 5 days straight. This company is pits and NO ONE should EVER try do business with them... If you ever come across them at PEP or Ackermans... Ruuuuuuun you'll be in so much regret!!!

13 Feb 2024, 20:24Nothing was solved, they only asked if I had received my payout and the answer is still a big NO after 4 working days of my first contact. So really, this company is the worst you only take things seriously when Ombudsman is mentioned which is really disgusting that you think low of people and don't treat them according.
