I would like to warn the public of a company called IUA Business Solutions which is based in Durban. This company partners with car dealers and the dealer will sell you their product called Tyre Guard. Then you will think you are protected but when the time comes and this insurer (IUA) is supposed to pay, they will send you from pillar to post. I made a claim of two tyres on 19/06/2015 and paid cash and the following week made another claim of a tyre which was fixed and I paid cash. I then phoned IUA which promised to reimburse me and I was requested to give them invoices as proof of payment, which I did. However, when the period which I was promised to be reimbursed comes, IUA reneged and they now start to ask for the slips showing the type of payment whereas this information is on the invoice I gave them, which show what kind of payment was made. I find IUA's ************ business practice to be TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD BE CONDEMNED AT ALL TIMES. They have all the information they require and they are just trying to discourage clients so that they don't have to pay their dues.
