Unprofessional and Shoddy Services Rendered

Claim was repudiated for a funeral policy that I claimed for because the account was paid up to date, however my father advised me before his passing that because He was on the Classic plan that there would be a pay out. I am so disgruntled by this poor service I will escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.
