Unhappy Edgar's customer due to IUA

I am not happy with IUA the insurance partner to Edgars. They have been deducting R139 from my account till now without my authorisation. I have sent numerous email to both Edgar's Customer Care and IUA insurance, they have acknowledged that this was done in and were going to Rectify and reverse these unauthorized premiums they have been debitting off my Edgars account. But to date they have still not done and they are no longer replying to my emails. I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of ****** in Edgars and IUA.
