Unemployment claim that is taking forever

I have been a client with this company for close to 3 years now and i have never missed a payment and now in my time of distress when they are supposed to do right by me they are dragging their feet, i am utterly disgusted by the way they conduct their business because i got retrenched and now my car needs to be paid. I submitted the documents they requested over 2 weeks ago and i had to call to find out what the status of my claim is, only to be told they are waiting for my statement from the bank, had i not called would they have made a follow up? And mind u month end is around the corner. I was retrenched in june i have been making means to pay the installment because they will only be able to pay month end of august, now it's August but their things are still not in order.. This is not a way to treat clients and i have read other reviews you guys are used to doing this..i am fuuuuuming, this is utter disrespect!!!
