Unauthorized insurances added to account

A few months ago, two insurance policies that I didn't sign up for were added to my Edgars account by IUA Business solutions. It has been a nightmare to deal with them to get a refund and also to cancel the policies. They sent me a message to say the policies are cancelled but my account continues to be debited. Calling their call center just keeps getting me redirected.

Please be wary of any of their employees that are in Edgars stores. Don't give them your cards as you may be signed on for policies you don't want. To get your money refunded seems to be very difficult!!!
