Unable to cover claim

<p>I reported a scratch on my driverside door.</p> <p>I got quotes and sent them the quotes, however it was more than R2500.00 because of the dept of the scracth.</p> <p>The size of the scracth is 11cm.</p> <p>They declined and advised me to claim from Comprehensive insurance, however they would not cover as the damages is less than my access.</p> <p>I asked the consultant at Iua Business Solutions if they are not able to pay-out the R2500.00 which is the maximum pay-out and then I will cover the balance.</p> <p>The purpose of insurances is that they pay for claims and damages reported, which I pay for each month, sothat I dont pay for it out of my own pocket.</p> <p>WHAT IS TEH PURPOSE OF INSURANCE IF THEY DONT WANT TO PAY OUT?!</p> <p>ITS MONIES IM PAYING EACH MONTH!</p>
